Overview
Computed Radiography (CR) uses reusable imaging plates in place of traditional film. After exposure, plates are scanned to produce digital radiographs that can be viewed, enhanced, shared, and archived electronically. CR retains the penetrating power and defect detection capability of conventional radiography while improving workflow speed and data management.
